To register your vessel with the Republic of San Marino we need the following documentation:

1. Color scanned copy of the owner's passport or ID card or company documents if the yacht is owned by a company (no older than 6 months)
2. Bill of sale
3. Proof of deletion of previous record (if applicable)
4. CE declaration of conformity or previous international measurement certificate (if available)
5. Any documentation on the engine(s) installed
6. Copy of the yacht insurance policy
